Working With Stars....

At some point in our careers, we will all have worked with remarkable individuals who will have a significant impact on our career and work. What defines such special persons?

• they work relentlessly towards the project success

• they are inclusive of others, welcome input, they build from feedback- they are kind and respectful of others, working with them is joyful and pleasant

• they are flexible and adaptable, readjusting when challenges arise

• they share information and knowledge

• they are experts in their area and are avid learners

• they are trustworthy: they say what they think, say what they do, do what they say

• like all of us, they make mistakes from time to time, but are quick to recognize and adjust

• they have a high degree of empathy on others' issues and drivers

It is rare to find talented experts who share these values, but we have been fortunate to have built our team with them.
